The Unwind Space Yoga Offerings

New Yoga Series

Supple hips and a durable pelvis can ease back pain, contribute to a more agile gait, and improve circulation. This series will also touch on the energetic association of the Sacral Chakra. A six-week yoga series with Hillary Kallengerber at Unwind.

Massage Flow

Tuesdays 6 PM
  • Guided by both a yoga instructor and massage therapist, this offering has been uniquely cultivated to offer you the physical support or myofascial release for you to dissolve deeper into your practice. You will have multiple opportunities to lean into the healing hands of your massage therapist and revel in the blissful release of yoga infused with massage.

  • Launch your weekend with a dynamic flow leaving you feeling strong and spirited. This class will electrify your mindset and encourage you to exalt yourself after all the hard work you’ve put in during the week. You deserve to thrive - it’s time to claim your reward.
Empower

Golden Girls

Sat & Mon 9 AM
  • Originally designed for our own mother, this class offers women in their golden years a chance to feel good, despite what their bodies have experienced or are going through. Encouraging the use of blocks, bolsters and blankets when needed, overtime this class improves core stability to improve balance, increases hip and shoulder flexibility, and promotes longevity.

Men's Yoga

Tuesdays 10 AM
  • Arrive, roll out a mat and improve overall functional fitness. Nothing fancy or fluffy, just yoga for men to increase flexibility, strength, endurance and decrease recovery time and soreness.

Restorative
Yoga Nidra

Thursdays 5 PM
  • Therapeutic yoga for deep rest. Known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, this passive class guides participants into reclined postures softly supported by props and held for five or more minutes each. The practice closes with Yoga Nidra - They say 30 minutes = 3 hours of deep REM sleep and can rest the mind, reduce stress, and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

  • Two monthly rituals to absorb the nurturing and cleansing energy of Mother Nature at a very secret location east of town. Refreshments served after yoga.
