- About Instructor: A classically trained dancer, Hillary Kallenberger developed a passion for movement at a young age, with a continued quest for understanding how the body works. She has a Masters Degree in Human Relations and worked as a Mental Health Counselor incorporating art, movement and recreational therapy into her work. After the birth of her daughter, Hillary moved into the personal training and fitness field, as well as starting her path to become a Registered Yoga Instructor. She has been teaching for over 15 years, working with individuals and groups to help them gain knowledge about their bodies and themselves. She is a 500 E-RYT, Certified Personal Trainer, Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and Level 2 Certified Neufit Practitioner, most recently adding the Neubie device to her practice to assist her clients in moving to another level of wellness. Hillary enjoys using a blend of modalities to help her clients achieve personal, emotional and spiritual goals through a deeper understanding of the body as a messenger to our health and wellness.
