Open your shoulders to improve your posture and maintain healthy and agile shoulder joints. Learn how to get out of your slouch, counteract the effects of sitting at a desk, and understand how to prevent and heal shoulder injuries by developing long-term patterns to strengthen and stabilize shoulders. This series offers a way to open your shoulders to sit taller, breathe fuller and feel better!
What is Immerse?
A six-week yoga series concentrated on a specific anatomical group or theme. Experiencing this series teaches the value of ongoing maintenance and allows participants to uncover a deeper understanding of body awareness. Take note of how the body arrives at the beginning of the series and begin to recognize the power of focus throughout. “Immerse” is an effective way to deepen your yoga practice and build confidence – beyond the mat.
