Find optimal spinal alignment to enhance mobility, increase stability and elevate your posture through spinal flexion and extension, lateral bending, and spinal twists. Explore the energy pathways of the spine and discover how accessible the breath becomes with a spine clear of energetic blockages. This series provides the foundation for a properly functioning and liberated spine.
A six-week yoga series concentrated on a specific anatomical group or theme. Experiencing this series teaches the value of ongoing maintenance and allows participants to uncover a deeper understanding of body awareness. Take note of how the body arrives at the beginning of the series and begin to recognize the power of focus throughout. “Immerse” is an effective way to deepen your yoga practice and build confidence – beyond the mat.
- About Instructor: My name is Hillary Kallenberger, and I am new to Sarasota. As a contemporary dancer, movement has always been a passion and when I found yoga, this passion deepened for all aspects of wellness. I’m a Certified Level-2 Neufit Practitioner, a Yoga Instructor 500-RYT, and personal trainer. I believe that our personal well-being lies in focusing on wellness rather than illness and my goal is to inspire, educate, and empower.
